EliseAI is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to provide sourcing services across technical, business, and go-to-market functions on a contract basis. This is an independent contractor engagement focused on delivering high-quality candidate pipelines and vetted talent for open roles. This is a remote, project-based engagement with an initial term of four (4) months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned roles across technical, operations, business, and/or go-to-market functions
Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines aligned to defined role criteria
Proactively identify and engage prospective candidates using professional sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search techniques, and other relevant channels)
Conduct initial qualification conversations to assess candidate alignment with required experience, skills, and role expectations
Provide written candidate summaries and recommendations for submitted candidates
Deliver agreed-upon pipeline metrics and candidate submissions within mutually established timelines
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a sourcing-focused role, ideally in a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment
Experience sourcing for a mix of technical (e.g., engineering, product), business (e.g., operations, strategy), and/or go-to-market roles
Strong track record of identifying and engaging high-quality, often passive candidates
