We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the Talent Sourcer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hiring results, managing talent pipelines, and working with stakeholders across different locations. You will need to be adept at handling a high volume of applications and mapping talent effectively to meet our hiring objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively build and manage talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
Identify and map talent within the industry to align with current and future hiring needs
Efficiently manage a high volume of applications, ensuring timely and effective candidate communication
Work closely with stakeholders across different locations to align on hiring strategies and processes
Address challenges within your scope autonomously, escalating complex issues as needed
Partner with immediate colleagues, managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process
Requirements:
2+ years of experience working with job boards
Proven ability to conduct effective talent searches across various platforms
Skilled in identifying and sourcing talent through LinkedIn
Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology
