Job Responsibility:
Source candidates for a variety of roles across Susquehanna’s business units
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
Conduct market and competitor research to craft compelling job ads and outreach campaigns
Measure the success of sourcing and marketing efforts through data and metrics with recommended improvements
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long-term relationships
Contribute to branding efforts and support local recruiting events and sponsorships
Requirements:
Experience in a sourcing or recruiting role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to creatively identify and engage passive candidates
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Passion for recruiting and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
