The Talent Sourcer with German will play a vital role in identifying and engaging top talent for NTT DATA. This position requires strong sourcing skills, knowledge of local employment laws, and proficiency in both English and German. The successful candidate will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize sourcing efforts and build talent pipelines.
Job Responsibility:
Identifying, attracting, and engaging passive and active candidates for job openings
Building talent pipelines
Creating and maintaining pools of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Working with recruiters and hiring managers to help optimize sourcing efforts
Working with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements
Performs any other related task as required
Requirements:
Good knowledge of principles and practices related to talent acquisition sourcing and hiring
Proficient in sourcing skills and advisory skills
Knowledge of local employment laws and recent practice of compliance activities related to talent acquisition
Good oral and written communication skills in English plus German
The ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at the beginning of the recruitment process
Good interpersonal skills, high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition
