  • Contribute to team hiring goals while maintaining a set of individual performance metrics

  • Plan and execute on-campus events with a focus on early engagement, education, and strategic branding
  • Partner with Arrive Sales Reps and Managers, who will serve as Talent Scouts on campus periodically throughout the season
  • Partner with the Talent and Campus Programs Manager on strategic initiatives related to the current and future staffing needs of the business and develop recruiting/sourcing strategies to meet those needs
