Job Responsibility

  • Manage the fulfilment of high-volume recruitment fulfilment across multiple locations
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular weekly onsite client visits to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities
  • Partner with sourcing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment journey
  • Regular contact with candidates, updating availability and managing performance
  • Monitor fulfilment activity, talent pipelines and workforce availability
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure service levels are achieved
  • Support seasonal recruitment campaigns and peak trading periods
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service delivery
