Guidant Global is expanding our delivery capability for one of our largest and most exciting accounts - Airbus - and we're looking for a driven, consultative, and highly organised recruiter to join us onsite in Belfast. As a Talent Resourcing Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting a major programme of growth (200-400 contingent hires over the next 18 months). You'll own relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, candidates, and internal teams, delivering an exceptional recruitment experience while managing both blue and white collar vacancies across a complex and fast‑moving environment. This isn't a transactional role - it's an opportunity to embed yourself as a trusted expert, shape hiring outcomes, drive recruitment campaigns, and support a high-profile aerospace client at a critical point of expansion.
