Our client is looking for a dynamic Talent Resourcer to join their growing team in Slough! If you're eager to provide exceptional support and solutions, this is the role for you.

Job Responsibility:

Arranging and conducting interviews and candidate assessment centres
Communicating with candidates to confirm attendance and reschedule as needed
Posting and amending job adverts, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Searching job boards to find candidates with matching skill sets
Preparing and maintaining recruitment paperwork, ensuring compliance
Keeping candidates informed throughout the onboarding process
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to attract new talent
Conducting training for managers on recruitment processes
Staying updated on UK Employment Law and market trends

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Professional demeanour to engage effectively with stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs
A full UK driver's licence, as travel to various locations may be required
