I’m looking for a Talent Researcher to help us hire fast and hire well. Adapty is a revenue OS for app businesses. We operate at the heart of consumer app monetization, helping developers quickly integrate subscriptions, while marketing and growth teams use Adapty to build paywalls, analyze and predict revenue, and more. In this role, you’ll focus on finding and engaging strong tech, product, and leadership talent and help us close roles across the company. We’re growing fast and hiring across multiple regions and departments. Our TA team works closely with the business, keep raising the bar, and treat hiring as a real driver of growth. We care about hiring A-players, so we’re always testing better ways to source, evaluate, and attract great people. You’ll have real ownership and the chance to work on meaningful, high-impact hires.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the TA team to source candidates across Tech, Product, Leadership, and other roles
Run proactive outbound and deep research for hard-to-find profiles
Find and engage communities, forums, chats, and platforms where great talent actually hangs out
Map talent pools for niche roles and build long-term pipelines
Track market trends and competitor hiring activity
Try new sourcing channels, tools, and automation (including AI) to improve results
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or community management
Strong research skills and genuine curiosity
Comfortable using sourcing and AI tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, GPT, etc.)
Clear written English and strong communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience working with online communities is a plus
