Job Description

We are looking for a strong Talent Recruiter to join our Talent team and support hiring for our Call Center function. The role includes hiring across different levels — from Agent positions to Team Leads and operational management roles when needed. We work in a dynamic environment, so we are looking for someone proactive, driven, business-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment for Call Center hiring needs (agents — sales, support, operational & managerial roles when needed)
  • Sourcing candidates across multiple channels and maintaining hiring funnels
  • Reviewing applications and screening candidates
  • Conducting HR interviews and coordinating hiring stages
  • Managing pipelines, candidate communication, feedback collection, and offers
  • Working closely with Hiring Managers and operational stakeholders
  • Maintaining hiring speed and recruitment quality during hiring waves
  • Supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
  • Contributing ideas regarding sourcing channels, local market practices, and recruitment improvements
  • Using ATS and hiring systems to maintain accurate recruitment workflows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience
  • Proven experience in fast-paced hiring environments
  • Understanding of Call Centers operations and hiring specifics
  • Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to build hiring funnels quickly
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ownership, speed, reliability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • English level B2–C1+ with strong spoken and written communication
  • Experience working with ATS systems, LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms
