Job Description

We are seeking an experienced talent and learning delivery professional to play a critical role in the successful execution of global talent, leadership and skills programmes across Vodafone Group. This role sits within VOIS Europe and operates in a matrix with the Vodafone Group Learning & Performance Business Partnering team. The individual will act as a trusted delivery partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring high‑quality coordination and governance of strategic talent accelerators and leadership development programmes across multiple geographies, while continuously improving participant experience and delivery effectiveness.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of strategic talent accelerators, including global functional and technology leadership programmes, ensuring robust planning, governance, logistics and execution across markets
  • Coordinate delivery of core leadership development products, ensuring consistent execution standards, seamless event management and a high‑quality participant experience
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across VOIS, Vodafone Group and local markets, working effectively within virtual and matrixed environments
  • Support talent and leadership programme design by contributing delivery insights and operational learning to strengthen future interventions
  • Increase engagement and visibility of learning and performance offerings through programme communications, stakeholder updates and adoption activities
  • Drive continuous improvement across talent and leadership delivery, identifying efficiencies, enhancing experience and sharing insights to inform future programme design
  • Influence decision‑making through expertise and data‑driven insights, without relying on formal authority

Requirements

  • Strong background in learning, talent or leadership programme delivery within complex, multinational or matrixed organisations
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, adapting communication style across cultures and organisational levels
  • Able to manage multiple, changing priorities with accountability and minimal day‑to‑day guidance
  • Skilled in influencing, stakeholder engagement and clear communication
  • Discreet and trusted, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experienced in consultative environments or advisory roles
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
