Job Responsibility:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the entire process from requisition creation to candidate onboarding for EMEA and APAC regions
Pipeline Management: Efficiently handling 20+ active requisitions, adjusting quickly to shifting business priorities
Strategic Partnership: Advising hiring managers on sourcing strategies, defining requirements, and providing market insights to optimize hiring outcomes
Creative Sourcing: Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered tools, and innovative methods to attract talent across various business functions
Data & Diversity: Using recruitment analytics to drive efficiency and support diversity hiring initiatives
Regional Expertise: Localizing global strategies for the Polish market while staying updated on local labor laws and hiring trends to boost the employer brand
Requirements:
3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment
Deep understanding of talent market trends and recruitment best practices
Proven ability to influence and advise business leaders
Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred), CRM tools, and modern sourcing technologies
A data-driven approach to recruitment and decision-making
Fluency in English and Polish is a must
Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, Psychology, or related) or equivalent experience
