Job Responsibility:
Strategic HR partner to define and execute recruitment strategies in alignment with Internal/External Landscape for R&D Roles
Support Workforce Planning and People Forums
Develop effective recruiting forecasts to accurately predict respective functions’ future talent requirements and anchor people-focused discussions, through respective talent forum platforms
Collaboration: effectively collaborate with Recruitment specialists, Sourcers, and Talent Hub to source, oversee the recruitment process, lead interviews, support Hiring Managers' decisions, and ensure offer acceptance
Elevated Hiring Experience: manage seamless experience for the candidates who have applied to HUL and deliver superior hiring manager and stakeholder experience in partnership with hub/ HR teams
Strong Stakeholder Management: Foster stakeholder relationships and partnerships: Engage with Hiring managers, HRBPs, local HR leadership, and manage external partnerships
Effective Networking and Partnership: with business leadership and respective function employees, to translate business strategies and objectives to talent agenda
