Job Description

As our new Talent & OD Specialist, your mission will be to ensure that we design and maintain a leadership development portfolio which includes how to identify and develop talent at Coloplast. We need your experience and enthusiasm to strengthen our talent and succession management processes; making it easier for our leaders to develop talent.

Job Responsibility

  • Make talent development part of how we lead: embed talent development into our leadership models and programs
  • Turn talent identification into development and movement: help ensure that outcomes from talent reviews lead to clear actions, concrete development plans, readiness for next roles, and real career movement
  • Enable leaders and P&C partners to act: create, embed, and anchor practical tools and guidance that support strong talent conversations and informed decisions
  • Own global leadership development programs: take ownership of our leadership pipeline development programs and ensure they are optimized and expanded as needed over time

Requirements

  • Delivered on talent management and/or talent development in larger organisations
  • Managed leadership development programs, portfolios, or initiatives
  • Proven ability to design global frameworks that work in local contexts
  • Can influence without formal authority and work effectively with ambiguity
  • Are fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Experience from large, matrixed, international organisations or consulting
