As a Talent Operations Specialist on our People team, you'll play a vital role in supporting talent operations across contractor management, regional administration, and employee support. Based in Manila and working US business hours, you'll provide essential operational support that ensures smooth talent processes while developing expertise in HRIS systems, compliance procedures, and regional coordination. Your work will directly impact the employee experience and operational efficiency of our Talent and HR operations while supporting cross-regional initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Manage ongoing contractor lifecycle coordination, including documentation and compliance requirements
Conduct contractor manager outreach for contract extensions and renewals
Coordinate contractor administrative processes and maintain accurate contractor records
Support contractor onboarding and offboarding procedures
Serve as a primary point of contact for Workday-related tasks within the Talent Acquisition function, including data entry, troubleshooting, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Track and coordinate required health checks for our employees in the Philippines, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records.
Manage background check and fingerprinting processes, including initiating checks, monitoring progress, and escalating any flagged results as needed.
Build job requisitions in Workday, ensuring accuracy and alignment with job architecture, partnering with HRBPs and the Compensation team as needed
Support with interview scheduling, coordination and logistics while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
Maintain communication with candidates, providing updates and addressing inquiries as needed.
Prepare and verify the accuracy of offer documents for approval within Workday or DocuSign.
Maintain and update document templates (offer letters, employment agreements, addendums) and message templates as needed.
Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as maintaining recruitment records, updating the applicant tracking system, and supporting special projects and audit requests as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations or a related field.
Experience with Workday required
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
