Job Description:

Checkr is looking for a Talent Operations Manager to join our People team. This role will be critical in enabling and empowering our talent team through accurate and reliable data, systems, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Recruiting, this role will be responsible for identifying opportunities for efficiency and making incremental process improvements through data-driven decisions, while also building the foundation for the data to make those decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Recruitment Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of recruitment systems and tools
  • ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing workflows
  • AI and Technology Integration: Leverage AI and machine learning technologies to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition operations

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Recruiting Operations with a proven track record of building/scaling operations focused on Talent Acquisition
  • Prior experience configuring one or more applicant tracking systems is required
  • Experience with one or all of the following is strongly preferred: Greenhouse, Gem, prior experience implementing an ATS or configuring a CRM
  • Experience building/configuring dashboards to visualize candidate pipeline and recruiting metrics for business partners
  • Strong stakeholder management skills required
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills are required
  • Strong process-orientation, organization, and follow-up skills
