Job Description:

Xometry's Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the manufacturing industry. As a Talent Operations Intern at Xometry, you'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations, including employee records, benefits administration, and payroll. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals to gain valuable insights and contribute to the smooth functioning of our Talent Operations department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment history, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
  • Benefits Administration: Gain experience with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and IT setup and also manage the offboarding process including final paperwork processing
  • General HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Operations team, such as responding to employee inquiries, data entry, and assisting with various HR projects, as needed
  • Case Study: Work alongside fellow interns to analyze a real-world business challenge and present innovative solutions to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027
  • Minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 8 - August 14, 2026)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results
  • Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States
  • Ability to commute to our North Bethesda, MD office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week
