We’re looking for a motivated intern to support our Talent Operations teams this summer. You’ll work closely with our Professional Development and HR teams and gain hands-on experience with our talent programs, including onboarding, training, and day-to-day operations. You’ll work alongside team members who are committed to creating a positive employee experience and have the chance to contribute ideas to improve our processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn how organizations support and develop their talent and build practical skills in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting in the facilitation of our full-time New Joiner Academy (NJA) for 200+ employees, including logistics, materials, communications, and week-of support
Supporting the planning and delivery of our June Manager Bootcamp program, including agenda coordination, scheduling and participant outreach
Reviewing feedback from our Internship New Joiner Academy and summarizing insights and recommendations to help enhance program effectiveness and participant experience
Supporting Human Resources operations such as I-9 processing, personnel documentation workflows, and employee data accuracy
Get exposure to common employee questions that come into the Professional Development and HR listservs
Collaborating with Professional Development and HR teams on additional projects as needed, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across both functions
Requirements:
Rising Junior during Summer 2026 (Class of 2028)
Track record of strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.3)
Extracurricular achievement and leadership throughout school and university
Outstanding communication skills
Fluent English is required
Work authorization in the United States
Nice to have:
