Requirements:
BA/BS degree preferred
1+ years of experience in administrative or customer support preferred
2+ years of business development experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with demonstrated success in developing new business and cultivating relationships with decision-makers
proficiency in the latest Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and contact management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
strong knowledge of administrative and customer support operations
a positive attitude and professional, engaging approach to work.
