Job Responsibility:
Execute direct sourcing strategies via professional networking platforms to identify talent for global vacancies
Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and provide structured assessments to ensure high-quality shortlisting
Manage complex interview coordination across multiple time zones and diverse functional areas
Facilitate the offer and onboarding process in close collaboration with regional HR teams and hiring leads
Maintain robust talent pipelines for technical and commercial roles within the medical device industry
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 6 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for in-house or RPO backgrounds
Proven expertise in the medical device or lifescience technology sector is essential
Demonstrated ability to source talent across international geographies including APAC, Europe, and the Americas
Experienced in hiring for specialized functions such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Engineering
Highly proficient in direct sourcing techniques with a track record of operating in high-volume, fast-paced environments
