We’re looking for a Talent Management (Senior) Specialist to join our Talent Management Unit on the Consulting Team in Central Europe. In this role, you will act as the primary HR point of contact for Project Leaders, Principals, and Partners within a specific industry or practice area across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Central and Eastern Europe. As part of our HR processes, staffing will be one of your key responsibilities in day-to-day business. You will ensure that Project Leaders, Principals, and Partners are optimally assigned to projects by aligning client requirements with individual expertise, availability, and development needs. Staffing decisions are made in close collaboration with the respective Managing Directors. As part of the Career Development Team, you will support consultants in your practice area and will be responsible for providing them with guidance throughout the various career levels. You will be involved in preparing and following up on the regularly scheduled career development meetings. As a Talent Management (Senior) Specialist for Central Europe, you will always be on the lookout for solutions that anticipate both business and employee needs and holistically support the development of our colleagues. You’ll communicate your decisions independently, demonstrating empathy, calmness, and tact.
Job Responsibility:

Ensure that Project Leaders, Principals, and Partners are optimally assigned to projects by aligning client requirements with individual expertise, availability, and development needs
Support consultants in your practice area and provide them with guidance throughout the various career levels

Requirements:
You have successfully completed commercial training and have gained some professional experience or have a (technical) college degree
You have relevant experience in human resources or in personnel planning in a service-oriented working environment
Ideally, you already have experience assessing the potential of employees and can thus optimally assign our consultants to the respective client projects and accompany their development in the best possible way
You are proficient in MS Office software (Excel is a plus)
Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent
