Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Management Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our Talent Management team. The role ensures the delivery of core HR support functions while driving engagement, wellness, discipline, and organizational harmony. Acting as the bridge between management and employees, you will design and implement strategies that support Pointwest’s growth, culture, and business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • At least 7 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role in IT, BPO, or software development
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proven experience designing and executing successful engagement and talent management strategies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and adaptability skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City, Ortigas City, and/or Makati City
