Employee Engagement & Culture Management: Culture & Pulse Management: Be a constant presence on the floor, actively taking the pulse of the organization, understanding employee morale, and assessing the effectiveness of cultural initiatives. Act as a trusted, confidential resource for employees
Grievance & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the initial point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, facilitating fair and timely resolution in collaboration with HR leadership, and advising on policy application
Internal Communications: Lead all internal employee communications, ensuring transparency and clarity on company direction, policy updates, and HR programs. Develop communications for both positive recognition and necessary organizational announcements
