Job Description

Located in our downtown Denver office, we are seeking a strategic and collaborative Talent Management Business Partner, U.S. & Canada, to support our professional and manufacturing operations across the United States and Canada. This role will serve as a key liaison between business leaders and the Global Talent Management function, ensuring the successful implementation of talent strategies that align with both regional priorities and global objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in talent development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness, with a strong understanding of the talent landscape in the U.S and Canada.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with U.S. and Canadian business leaders and HR Business Partners to align talent strategies with regional business goals and workforce trends
  • Talent Development: Implement and tailor global talent development programs to meet the unique needs of both professional and manufacturing workforces in the U.S. and Canada
  • Succession Planning: Lead succession planning efforts by partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify and develop high-potential talent, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline across the region
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Development: Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational capabilities and implement development actions that enhance team performance and agility
  • Change Management: Support HR partners through change initiatives with effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Data & Insights: Leverage talent analytics to inform decision-making, track progress, and evaluate the impact of talent initiatives
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional HR colleagues to ensure alignment and integration of talent practices across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent management or organizational development
  • HR business partnering experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting both U.S. and Canadian workforces within a regional or global manufacturing organization
  • Strong understanding of talent development frameworks and performance management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • 5-15% travel required
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
