Job Description:

Talent Management Business Partner for East Asia & India region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership teams, aligning talent strategies with business goals and regional priorities
  • Drive the deployment of global talent development programs, tailoring them to the regional context to maximize engagement and impact. Proactively recommend additional region-specific tools and initiatives
  • Lead regional succession planning efforts, identifying and developing high-potential talent and ensuring robust leadership pipelines
  • Champion the performance management process, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency, fairness, and effectiveness
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational capabilities, identify gaps, and implement solutions to enhance team performance and agility
  • Support change initiatives by providing expertise in communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Leverage talent analytics to inform decisions, track progress, and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives
  • Work closely with global and regional HR colleagues to ensure alignment and integration of talent practices across the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnering
  • Experience working with multi-country responsibilities and able to operate in a matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of talent development frameworks, leadership assessment tools, and performance management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems
  • experience with data analytics tools is a plus
  • Certification in coaching, change management, or leadership development (e.g., ICF, Prosci, Korn Ferry, Hogan) is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in driving talent initiatives across diverse cultural and business environments
  • Fluent in English
