Talent Management Assistant | Fast Growth Talent Agency | London. This is a newly created role in line with the growth of the business, and represents a fantastic opportunity to work under the leadership of a fantastic team of experienced YouTube and digital experts. The role, which supports flexible, hybrid working, will require an outward facing candidate that is adaptable and keen to work with one of the most exciting businesses in the content creator space. There are clear progression opportunities available to the successful candidate with the client keen on organic growth and development. Due to the nature of the business, there will be great exposure working with some exciting clients in the YouTube space, so is perfect for lovers of the sector.

Job Responsibility

  • Possess a strong understanding of the creator landscape and social media platforms: including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Utilize YouTube platform policies to support creators in resolving technical channel-related issues
  • Assist with campaign management, including tracking deliverables against timelines and facilitating communication between brands and creators
  • Offer strategic feedback and recommendations to enhance client growth and performance
  • Perform in-depth quarterly reviews of client channels
  • Conduct monthly research into the creator economy, delivering data-driven insights and trends to support internal team development
  • Foster strong client relationships through adaptable communication and responsive support
  • Take initiative in task management and maintain proactive communication with clients
  • Represent and uphold company values in all client interactions
