Your mission will be to ensure we attract and hire Denmark and Europe’s best talent, in order for us to scale thoughtfully and purposely. You’ll also play a leading role in building the foundations of our Talent infrastructure, paving the way for years of ambitious but sustainable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of all things Talent
Ensure we attract and hire Denmark and Europe’s best talent
Build the foundations of our Talent infrastructure
Own talent sourcing and the full recruitment lifecycle
Work together with hiring managers and Executive Team
Manage our talent technology stack
Lead the end-to-end recruiting process
Innovate and scale Reel’s talent acquisition function
Drive employer branding initiatives and represent Reel at events
Requirements:
At least three years recruiting for high-growth (ideally early stage) businesses
Experience working as part of an in-house talent team
Outbound-focused, creative and tenacious approach
Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles across a range of seniority levels
Experience building thorough, trusting and successful Hiring Manager partnerships (including with Founders/Senior Executives)
Fluent in the recruiter’s toolkit (eg. LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS management)
Comfortable with the basics of technical and commercial talent sourcing
Global mindset with experience hiring across diverse geographies and backgrounds
