Job Description

Talent Intern at Etched, a company building AI inference systems for transformers. The role involves supporting the talent team with interview scheduling, candidate experience, and operational support in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Interview Scheduling & Logistics: Schedule interviews (end-to-end) for various hiring needs
  • Manage logistics for onsite interviews
  • Greet candidates onsite and provide a welcoming experience
  • Act as a scheduling and interview planner
  • Candidate Experience: Support a seamless candidate experience
  • Manage clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates
  • Handle candidate reimbursement and travel
  • Operational Support: Partner with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers
  • Use tools like Ashby, G-Suite, Notion, Slack, etc to solve recruiter operations challenges
  • Adapt to an ever-changing environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in calendaring, administrative, customer service, or recruiting roles
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
  • High organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Ashby, G-Suite, Notion, Slack, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Plans to graduate between May 2026 - May 2027
