Midwest Communications, Inc in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Talent & Human Resources Coordinator. As our Talent & HR Coordinator you will support the recruiting & termination process by coordinating logistics, providing an excellent candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring managers and HR team members. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about helping teams attract and hire great talent in the Midwest market. This position is full time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week in Green Bay, WI. It will be an hourly role. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Job Responsibility:
Post job openings to internal and external job boards and manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows
Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) with candidates and hiring teams
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process
Assist with offer letter preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Partner with hiring managers to track hiring progress and support workforce planning needs
Support recruiting fairs, and local hiring events
Generate recruiting reports and metrics as needed
Coordinate and manage employee separations, including voluntary and involuntary terminations
Prepare and administer separation documentation, including separation letters, exit checklists, and severance agreements
Conduct or coordinate exit interviews and summarize feedback and trends for HR leadership
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws related to terminations
Assist with special HR or talent acquisition projects as assigned
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Completed at least one (1) Human Resources–related internship or a minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources work experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality when preparing professional and sensitive correspondence
Familiar with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office
Have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and reliable transportation
