Job Description

The HR Insights team member will play a key role in supporting Legends Global’s efforts to foster a culture of performance, engagement, and growth. This position is responsible for the administration, coordination, and tracking of critical initiatives within the Talent & Team Member Experience function, with a primary focus on Quarterly Connect (goal setting & performance reviews) and Engagement Surveys. The Coordinator will ensure these programs are executed accurately, on time, and with a positive team-member experience, supporting leaders and employees across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and Support Talent Programs – Manage scheduling, logistics, communications, and inquiries for global programs, including Quarterly Connect, engagement surveys, recognition initiatives, and onboarding experiences
  • Data & Insights – Generate dashboards and reports from systems (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics, Power BI, Litmos), translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support leaders with data for decision-making
  • This role will also collaborate closely with the enterprise Data & Analytics team to ensure HR data is aligned with enterprise standards, accurate, and integrated into global dashboards
  • Project Management – Support planning, execution, and tracking of initiatives across the talent lifecycle
  • maintain project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Content & Communication – Draft branded communications, job aids, and resources to drive awareness and adoption of talent programs
  • Process & System Support – Assist with updating forms, templates, and system workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and alignment with talent processes (e.g., performance management, succession planning, recognition, engagement)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, L&D, employee engagement, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational, project management, and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HR/talent systems (Workday, Qualtrics, Power BI, Litmos, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in a large, complex, or global organization
  • Familiarity with survey tools, HRIS systems, or recognition platforms
