The Consultant in Talent Experience acts as a strategic partner to managers and teams in supporting employees’ development and growth. They play a key role in fostering a human-centered and high-performing culture by supporting leaders in their daily responsibilities and helping maintain a positive, fair, and evolving work environment. Their role combines recruitment, coaching, and talent development responsibilities.
Job Responsibility
Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, sourcing, interviews, selection, offers, onboarding)
Advise managers on hiring best practices
Develop attraction strategies tailored to the Quebec and California markets
Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience
Provide listening, support, and coaching to managers on team management, employee engagement, and performance
Support employees in their professional development
Intervene in organizational or interpersonal situations
Promote a culture of continuous feedback
Identify training and development needs
Implement individual and team development plans
Design and deploy programs (leadership, onboarding, succession planning)
Contribute to performance management and annual reviews
Participate in initiatives aimed at engagement and retention
Contribute to improving HR practices and internal processes
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
Measure and analyze indicators related to the employee experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
3 years of relevant HR experience (recruitment, coaching, development)
Member of the CRHA/CRIA Order (a strong asset in Quebec)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to influence and build strong partnerships
Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
Full professional fluency in both French and English is essential
