We're looking for someone rare: a recruiting operations expert who thinks like an engineer. You'll design, build, and maintain the automated systems that power our entire talent acquisition function. You operate at the unique intersection of sourcing, operations, and engineering. Traditional recruiting ops scales processes. We want someone who can scale humans.

Requirements:

  • You can whiteboard how would you implement all of these projects above
  • You started vibe coding a solution as soon as you finished reading the projects
  • You have felt the pain of building point solutions that don’t tie together and claim to never make that mistake again
  • You approach your work with the user at the center
  • You spent 1+ year as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter
