Job Responsibility:

Collaborate and knowledge share across the organisation and our client portfolios
Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
Be persistent in delivering a world-class service
Master new technologies, tools and ideas
Support the team to execute recruitment assignments within a specialist vertical market
Work strategically with colleagues/clients to deliver best in class recruitment solutions and managed services
Build an in-depth knowledge of the industry to provide network within market insights and insightful expertise
Build a comprehensive candidate network within assigned market
Work within deadlines to deliver hard-to-find candidates for niche vacancies

Requirements:

Driven, motivated and ambitious individuals with a passion for winning and service excellence
Prior experience from recruitment agencies, in house or RPO teams
Ability to source creatively from sources (e.g. associations, employee referral programs, social media, and internet searches)
Strong knowledge or interest in technology (RPA, AI tools)
Understanding data/market insights where data insight and decision making are the norm
Interest in the technology Recruitment industry
Basic understanding of what we do
