Job Responsibility:
Run our Customer/Hello Hub, owning contractor queries from first contact through to resolution
Keep communication flowing through regular engagement calls, pre-starter check-ins, and ongoing wellbeing support
Produce clear MI that highlights volumes, trends, and SLA performance
Support onboarding, offboarding, surveys, focus groups, and monthly communications
Champion inclusion, safety, and the Virtuoso Way across the contractor community
Requirements:
Experience supporting contractor or contingent workforce populations
Background in a helpdesk or case management environment
Exposure to inflight or onboarding programmes
Strong data literacy for MI reporting and SLA tracking
Ability to operate confidently
