Talent & Engagement Analyst

• perform advanced analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities across key HR dimensions, such as representation, hiring, promotion, attrition, engagement, learning, and performance
• translate data into compelling, executive-ready narratives that drive understanding and alignment across Talent Management and Engagement leadership teams
• partner closely with Talent Management & Engagement leaders to provide analytical support and insight generation
• keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged throughout project lifecycles
• support the design and execution of change management and strategic initiatives that improve employee outcomes and organizational culture
• collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scalable solutions and deliver on shared goals
• uphold strong data integrity practices
• exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with confidential and sensitive employee data, including adherence to legal and compliance guidelines

• 5-8 years relevant experience, HR experience a plus
• consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• proven experience building presentations and storytelling for senior/executive audiences
• proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
• demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business needs
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• strong self-awareness, openness to feedback, and a growth mindset
• highly detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
