Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Talent Director to join our People & Culture team. This role reports to our Chief People Officer and is based out of our Fairfield, NJ headquarters, following a hybrid schedule with three-four days on-site per week.
Job Responsibility:
Steward of company values, Great & Worthy Purpose, and employee experience
Guide engagement efforts, analyze data, help leaders turn insight into action
Help leaders navigate the human side of leadership
Design frameworks that promote fairness, trust, and accountability
Help shape how we reward, support, and care for our people
Partner with Finance and external partners on programs
Ensure people practices are solid, scalable, and compliant
Guide policy and compliance frameworks
Oversee HR systems from a strategic lens
Lead and develop members of the Talent team
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners
Work alongside leaders across the business
Requirements:
Based in New Jersey or can be on-site 3-4 days per week in Fairfield, NJ
8+ years of progressive HR/Talent experience
Have led people or programs
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
Think in systems, patterns, and long-term impact
Comfortable advising leaders and influencing with confidence and empathy
Strong judgment, a steady presence, and a good sense of humor
Believe HR can be both human and rigorous
