Job Description

Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Talent Director to join our People & Culture team. This role reports to our Chief People Officer and is based out of our Fairfield, NJ headquarters, following a hybrid schedule with three-four days on-site per week.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Based in New Jersey or can be on-site 3-4 days per week in Fairfield, NJ
  • 8+ years of progressive HR/Talent experience
  • Have led people or programs
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Think in systems, patterns, and long-term impact
  • Comfortable advising leaders and influencing with confidence and empathy
  • Strong judgment, a steady presence, and a good sense of humor
  • Believe HR can be both human and rigorous
