We are looking for an experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas, on a Contract to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will excel in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new team members. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building a dynamic and skilled workforce while utilizing your expertise in corporate recruiting.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the hiring workflow
conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate experience and suitability for the role
develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs
coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience
partner with leadership and HR to identify skill gaps, training needs, and career development opportunities across the organization
design, coordinate, and deliver employee training and professional development programs (both in-person and virtual)
support succession planning and talent pipeline strategies to strengthen internal mobility
develop resources and tools for career coaching, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives
track and measure the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments based on feedback and outcomes
facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to support new hire success
stay current with best practices, trends, and technologies in learning and talent development
act as a trusted advisor to employees seeking guidance on professional growth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field is preferred
3+ years of experience in training, talent development, or organizational development
strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
ability to analyze data and measure program effectiveness
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
