Smartsheet is looking for a Talent Development Partner to provide support to our global team and act as a key representative for our Talent programs in EMEA. You will be responsible for owning global learning programs and delivering high-impact Talent Development and Talent Management programs locally. You will facilitate learning, drive talent processes, and serve as the host for learning events, helping to grow a culture of learning and high-performance. You should feel confident navigating the intersection of learning and AI.
Job Responsibility:
Design and own the global strategy for Individual Contributor professional skills and formalize the Insights Discovery program, making it central to the Smartsheet culture to improve team communication and employee self-awareness
Serve as the EMEA lead for Talent programs, localizing and delivering sessions in partnership with EMEA People Business Partners, aligning learning initiatives with regional business goals
Gather feedback, measure outcomes, and propose continuous improvement to learning programs to ensure quality program execution
Create or curate learning content and experiences aligned with the objectives of the business, shaping meaningful, scalable learning experiences
Understand and communicate the impact of AI on skills, roles, and learning, integrating AI awareness into relevant talent programs
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
2-4 years of relevant experience in talent development, facilitation, or related HR roles
Proven ability to deliver engaging, interactive training sessions in-person and virtually
Comfort with AI-powered tools or platforms, and curiosity to stay ahead of tech trends in Talent Development
Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, and Slides, Udemy, Docebo, Slack, and Zoom or similar programs
Ability to manage highly sensitive situations
Comfortability with frequent change
Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom on an ongoing basis
