Job Description:

Drive impactful talent & engagement initiatives in a people-focused organization; Collaborate cross-functionally to shape career growth and development frameworks; A well-regarded organization is seeking a forward-thinking Talent Development Manager to support its people growth strategy. This role plays a key part in driving internal development initiatives and enhancing employee engagement across the business.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and support the execution of talent development programs that align with organizational goals
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and propose relevant solutions
Contribute to the design and refinement of frameworks that support career growth and internal mobility
Support initiatives related to employee recognition, engagement, and culture-building
Stay updated on market trends to help evolve internal practices and tools

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in talent development, L&D, or broader HR functions
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Passionate about helping people grow through structured, meaningful initiatives
Fluent in English
Chinese language skills are advantageous

Nice to have:

Chinese language skills
