Job Description:

This role is essential in fostering growth and excellence within the organization by creating and implementing strategies that build leadership capabilities, enhance employee skills, and ensure career development opportunities. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that prepare technical and client-facing employees to deliver exceptional service while supporting long-term organizational success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce planning needs
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for employees at various career stages
  • Manage and enhance the organization's Rewards & Recognition Program to boost engagement and performance
  • Oversee internship initiatives and create pathways for early-career talent
  • Lead succession planning efforts to maintain strong leadership and talent pipelines
  • Establish career frameworks and development pathways to support employee growth
  • Coordinate and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs, including orientation for new team members
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage external training resources and program logistics
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to strengthen employee skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related fields
  • Educational background in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, or a similar discipline is preferred
  • Proven ability to work effectively with technical and operational leaders in technology-driven environments
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills, including experience engaging with executives
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on scalability, process optimization, and documentation
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve complex problems, and manage large-scale programs efficiently
  • Experience within Value Added Reseller (VAR), Managed Services Provider (MSP) desired
