Job Description

The Talent Development role oversees enterprise-wide development programs, including Fast-Forward and the Management Trainee Program, and manages the Performance for Growth process. The position supports succession planning, talent reviews, development planning, and external education guidance. It designs and delivers workshops, assessments, and development centers while providing strategic Talent KBI reporting. The role partners closely with People & Culture Manager, HR Business Partner and business leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure effective execution of key development processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Fast-Forward development programs, including workshops and development discussions
  • Manage internal development programs (e.g., Business Developer Supercharger)
  • Own the Management Trainee Program: recruitment, design, and development
  • Oversee the Performance for Growth (P4G) process: define timelines, deliver trainings, and manage system administration
  • Advise employees on external education options, approvals, and cost tracking
  • Support HR Business Partners and line managers in development planning and deliver related training
  • Drive succession planning for key positions and strengthen the talent pipeline through assessments
  • Facilitate talent review sessions and prepare analyses and benchmarking
  • Design and execute assessment and development centers
  • Produce monthly Talent KPI reports and strategic forecasting
  • Manage two cost centers and lead special projects related to Talent Development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Several years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or organizational development
  • Expertise in program design, facilitation, and performance management processes
  • Strong background in succession planning, talent assessment, and development planning
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with talent KPIs and HR systems
  • Advanced facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strong project management capability with ability to drive complex initiatives end-to-end
  • High level of analytical thinking and data interpretation for decision-making
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across all organizational levels
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent in German and English
  • French is an advantage
