Job Description

We are looking for Talent Development Lead, who will help build and sustain a strong internal talent pipeline across all AmRest brands and countries. In this role, you will design and implement global career development, internal promotion, and succession planning processes — ensuring they are effective and embedded into how we grow our people.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and drive global career development, internal promotion, and succession planning processes
  • Manage and continuously improve people development modules in SAP Successfactors
  • Partner closely with HR teams and leaders to ensure talent development processes are implemented and aligned across AmRest brands and countries
  • Shape and evolve our competency model, feedback tools, and development solutions
  • Track and analyze data to measure outcomes and support decision-making
  • Proactively look for functional best practices to strengthen our internal talent pipeline

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Talent Development/ Talent Management/ Learning & Development – ideally in an international, fast-moving environment
  • Strong understanding of career frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development processes
  • Confidence with implementing talent tools in complex, multi-market organizations
  • Passion for developing people and building sustainable talent pipelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Experience in SAP Successfactors will be considered an asset
