Job Description:

Xometry's Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the manufacturing industry. As a Talent Development Intern at Xometry, you'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent development, including performance management, and employee engagement. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals to gain valuable insights and contribute to the growth and development of our employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration
  • Assist with the administration of performance management tools and systems
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs
  • Analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Assist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of talent development projects
  • Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
  • Work alongside fellow interns to analyze a real-world business challenge and present innovative solutions to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027
  • Minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 8 - August 14, 2026)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results
  • Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States
  • Ability to commute to our North Bethesda, MD office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week
