Our internship program is designed to give you a comprehensive head start in your career. You'll work on meaningful projects, receive one-on-one mentorship from industry experts, and gain hands-on experience that goes beyond the classroom. The program is built to support your professional growth and help you forge valuable connections within the Crusoe team and beyond. As a Learning & Development Intern, you will design and lead initiatives to elevate our global L&D experience while gaining hands-on experience operating a world-class program. You aren’t just observing from the sidelines; you’ll be an embedded member of the global onboarding team, you’ll balance strategy with execution, partner with leaders, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to lead specific initiatives. This is a 12-week in-person program based in our Denver office. Most events and programming will take place in San Francisco.
Job Responsibility:
Design and lead initiatives to elevate our global L&D experience
Create and launch engaging and meaningful eLearning experiences in our Learning Management System
Analyze L&D data to identify trends, develop recommendations, and present action plans
Support the execution of L&D programs, ensuring all administrative and logistical components run smoothly
Partner directly with subject matter experts and executive stakeholders to gather requirements and lead specific initiatives
Identify bottlenecks within current workflows and apply a curious, analytical mindset to troubleshoot and optimize these complex processes and systems
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Communications, Organizational Development, Graphic Design or a related field graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
Foundational understanding of how L&D programs operate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive communicator who enjoys working closely with a team
Curious and analytical mindset with a talent for troubleshooting and optimizing complex systems
Clear and polished verbal and written communicator
Natural leaning toward the steadfast pursuit of goals and a preference for organization and exactitude
Eager to investigate and adopt new digital tools and AI applications
Stay calm and poised in ambiguous situations and comfortable with unanticipated changes in direction
What we offer:
Compensation will be $1,010/per week and a one-time housing stipend
