Job Description:

Due to a high volume of hiring across the business, our client is seeking a Talent Delivery Specialist / Talent Resourcer to support the delivery of multiple recruitment campaigns. Working within the central talent team and reporting into the Talent Delivery leadership, this role will focus primarily on candidate sourcing and talent delivery, rather than stakeholder management. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners who act as the primary interface with the business, supporting them by identifying, engaging and progressing high-quality candidates through the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive resourcing professional who enjoys hands-on sourcing, candidate engagement and managing high application volumes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to support the delivery of multiple recruitment campaigns across the organisation
  • Take recruitment briefs and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
  • Manage and review high volumes of applications, screening CVs and identifying suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations to assess suitability and interest
  • Support candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Assist with the coordination of interviews and recruitment processes
  • Build talent pipelines for middle management roles across several functions
  • Work at pace to support the delivery of a large hiring programme, particularly within newly structured teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment system

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment delivery, or resourcing roles
  • Comfortable working with high volumes of applications and multiple concurrent vacancies
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify candidates
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to take a brief and work autonomously to drive candidate pipelines

Nice to have:

Experience recruiting within commercial, sales, technology, or transformation roles would be beneficial but is not essential
