Job Description:

Established creative agency based in South Manchester is looking for a Talent & Creator Lead to run the business side of the operation for a 7 month maternity cover contract. You will be working within the retail, fashion, lifestyle and beauty sectors for the influencer, content creator, social areas.

Job Responsibility:

Team management of x2 Talent Managers
Weekly management & leadership meetings
Evaluating the P&L's, sales and business development side to the business
Looking at the efficiency of the agency
Addressing numbers & quotas
Reviewing client briefs and evaluating any up-sell opportunities
Part of the SLT meetings each month, analysing what business development is required, the strategy for this and coming up with action points

Requirements:

Experience within the digital, content creator, social & influencer markets within a small-medium sized creative agency
Experience in a Talent Management field (advantageous but not essential)
An understanding of the retail, fashion, lifestyle and beauty sectors

Nice to have:

Experience in a Talent Management field before
