Job Description:

Lead the implementation of the Group's people strategy, manage in-house creative team, drive development of compelling employer brand content and storytelling, shape brand identity across all platforms with creative campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

Define the creative vision for the Employer Brand
Provide creative leadership and direction to the in-house creative team
Maintain a cohesive visual and thematic style for all projects
Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team
Supervise a cross-functional team
Build, train, and manage creative staff
Lead the creative team in conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing across various channels
Oversee all creative projects from inception to completion
Build out an integrated digital first approach
Develop automation and scaling of content
Redefine the digital ecosystem UX & UI

Requirements:

Creativity and Innovative Thinking: The ability to identify, analyse, and stimulate new opportunities
Customer Centricity: The ability to advocate the importance of cross group customer engagement and outcomes
Candidate Insights: The ability to understand human needs and tension points to creative strong creative and campaigns
Relationship Management: Defines creative approaches to build strong and lasting relationships with agency partners
Financial & Budget Management: Supports the employer Brand lead in creative budgets
Above the line & Performance Marketing experience: Able to do big beautiful campaigns whilst developing programmatic content
