We’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to provide dedicated administrative and coordination support across our internal recruitment function. This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth running of internal recruitment, onboarding, and training activity across both brands, on a 12-month maternity cover. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and coordination are essential. Your contracted office location will be our Head Office in Derby. Following completion of your training, you will be able to utilise our agile working policy, working predominantly from home with travel to the office required as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Manager
Coordinating internal recruitment activity from advertising through to interview stage
Managing candidate communications and responding to queries
Screening applications and supporting shortlisting activity
Scheduling interviews, meetings, and assessment activity
Maintaining accurate candidate records within the CRM system
Managing and updating recruitment and interview platforms
Maintaining dashboards, trackers, and reporting information
Supporting recruitment marketing administration and ad responses
Collating and organising recruitment and EDI data
Administering our internal LMS (Ganymede Academy) for internal and external users
Uploading content, managing user access, and tracking completion
Generating reports on training activity and engagement
Supporting coordination of onboarding and internal training materials
Supplying training reports and data for audits
Requirements:
Previous administration or coordination experience, ideally in a recruitment setting
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and confidence handling data and systems
Comfortable supporting others in a fast-paced, structured environment
Strong IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)
Clear, confident communicator with a proactive attitude
