We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition efforts across the APJ region. In this role, you will be responsible for the logistical execution of our hiring process, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. You will manage high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones and serve as a critical link between recruiters, hiring managers, and prospective employees.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end interview logistics specifically for the APJ region
Maintain high data integrity within Greenhouse
Coordinate a high volume of virtual interviews and in-office visits
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to ensure interview panels are balanced
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or technical issues in real-time
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a high-volume administrative role
Previous experience supporting the APJ market is essential
Practical, hands-on experience using Greenhouse to manage complex recruitment workflows
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to handle a high volume of tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
The confidence to manage expectations with internal teams and advocate for process improvements
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage your desk across various time zones to meet the needs of the APJ recruitment cycle
