Job Responsibility:
Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment administration
Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal teams
Provide onboarding support to new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
Maintain and manage HR systems to track candidate progress and data
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs
Requirements:
Proven Coordination Experience: 2+ years in recruitment or HR roles with strong organisational skills
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage effectively
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office for reporting
Attention to Detail & Multitasking: Manage multiple priorities while keeping meticulous records
Team-Oriented Approach: Collaborate seamlessly with the wider Chertsey team
Nice to have:
Technical & Sales Recruitment: Experience recruiting for both technical (engineering, IT) and commercial/sales roles
French Speaking: Ability to communicate in French is advantageous for candidate engagement and internal discussion
LinkedIn Recruiter: Hands-on experience sourcing candidates and managing outreach campaigns
